Homebrew Competition
New Zealand Pilsner BJCP X5
The Rules:
Beer must fit into the BJCP style guidelines for X5 New Zealand Pilsner. One Beer entry per person can be entered as well as a copy of your recipe. Competition entry must be brewed on a home brew system, and recipe must be repeatable on our larger system.
To Enter:
Bring 6 12-oz bottles of your beer and a copy of the recipe to Kaniksu Brewing & Supplies, no later than Thursday, May 14th, 6pm. Bottles must have no identifying marks Silver caps only. If you plan to enter and don’t have silver, I will provide you caps, just ask.
Beer will be judged Friday May 15th, and 5 to 6 beers will move on to the final round to be voted on Saturday May16th by Kaniksu patrons for customers choice. Winner gets to brew the winning beer at Kaniksu Brewing, as well as naming rights, and bragging rights, and some other pretty cool prizes.
