(Note: this is non-refundable in accordance with WA state distillery laws.) \nTour: Personnel will conduct a tour of the distillery and go over the basic process of distilling. \n\nThis is an official club event for members with current dues status\, but feel free to bring guests. We will have as many of the entries on hand for members to judge for themselves. We also typically have the recipe sheets and the feedback from the BJCP judges for the beers! \nBring any other fermentation creations you’ve got ready as well! \nShow up a few minutes early to grab a pint of one of YaYa’s great beers on tap. DESCRIPTION:The club’s June meeting will be at West Plains Brewing in Airway Heights with owner/brewer and IBU Member Matt Swanson! \nThis meeting will feature the club brew we brewed on Big Brew Day (BBD) in early May (which I am calling The Pool’s Never Open because\, as it seems\, BBD is too early in May for Donde to have his pool open). The 25 gal batch was split among participants and fermented with different yeasts. This will be a great sensory experience for members to judge the isolated effect of different yeasts on the same wort. \nBring any other fermentation creations you’ve got ready as well! \nMatt is a great host and club supporter. I’m sure we’ll get a tour of the brewery. \n=======================\nThis meeting will also feature a club meeting raffle of items donated by club members for that meeting.
